How to use the Facial Wellness Kit

  1. Cleanse your face.
  2. Gently rub two pumps of the Elixir of Life between your palms and apply to your face.
  3. Massage/roll over your face in the indicated directions. Repeat the movement a few times on each part of your face going.
  4. When using the Jade Roller, use the large roller for your neck, chin, cheeks, and forehead. Use the small roller on your jawline, lips, eyebrows, and eyes.
  5. When using the Gua Sha, hold it at a 45-degree angle against your face. If you hold it perpendicular to your face, the massage may feel too harsh.
  6. Use the V-shaped side of the Gua Sha to massage your jawline. Massage your cheekbones with the long, convex side of the Gua Sha. The short convex side is used for the skin under your eyes. For your forehead and temples, use the long, straight side of the Gua Sha.
  7. Clean the Jade Roller and the Gua Sha, dry them and store them in the provided box.
